Police are reminding riders to put extra locks and alarm devices on their motorcycles, as thieves are now becoming more resourceful.
Just last Monday,
it did not take a man more than 10 seconds to steal a motorcycle parked along Native St. in Barangay Pinagkaisahan, Makati City.
CCTV footage showed the man jamming something into the instrument panel of the black and red Suzuki Raider owned by Ted Malolot Jr., before he quickly ran away with the vehicle. As reported by CNN.
